DRINKABLE MUNICIPAL WATER
There are drinking water taps spaced every 10 metres for your convenience. Remember to bring your own garden hose.
PLUG POINTS ARE AVAILABLE
Bring your own 20 metre extention lead. The camp site is also lit at night with a flood light shining on the river water.
ABLUTION BLOCKS AVAILABLE
There are two ablution blocks available. One for men and one for woman. Each with toilets and hot showers.
OTHER FACILITIES AVAILABLE
Built braais as well as braai drums are available. NOTE: wood and braai grids not supplied. Slip way for easy access to the river.
ACTIVITIES
CAMPING
Come pitch your tent or bring your caravan. There is plenty of space for everyone!
SWIMMING
Bring your costume and lilos to enjoy a swim in the waters of the Breede river.
ROWING
If you have a canoe or paddle boat, bring it along. as there are no power boats allowed on the river.
FISHING
The Breede river offers great fishing spots with big and small mouth Bass, Carp and many other fresh water species..
WALKING
Enjoy the surroundings of farm animals and beautiful scenery while taking long walks with your loved ones.
JOGGING
Lace up with your running shoes and take a run through the beautiful landscapes and luscious vineyards of Bonnievale.
BIRD WATCHING
For those who find their solace in spotting the rare bird, Riggton River Farm is home to many different species.
MEDITATING
The peaceful surroundings are perfect for those wanting to clear their minds and hearts.
